Senior Film

Click me please.

That's a link to my senior film that I totally forgot to post, you know, after I finished it. To all who haven't seen it yet, hope you enjoy!

Margaret and Brett

A piece I did for my friend Margaret, for her to give to her boyfriend. This was an unusually realistic style for me - only Margaret could get away with requesting it! - but now I feel I would like to continue exploring it in the future.

Dog-icatures

Trying something new! They're only slightly exaggerated but I still aimed to capture that "look" about them...

Say What?

Self-portraits. They're easy! Because my face is ridiculous! Yay!

Nate Sketch

Haven't posted here in a while! That's not good!

Here's something I did in my lack of sleep...

Aquellos Ojos Azules

Luna is my Keith Richards. I hope she takes that as a compliment.

At the Zoo

Had a great Friday at the Jacksonville zoo! These are some of my drawings I didn't think were shamefully bad.

Character Designs

Some things I put together very recently for my portfolio. The clown is part of a series; I hope to re-draw/re-render a bunch of retro-future-ish circus performers I designed over a year ago.

The big guy and old guy are from my senior film, currently in production. The funny-looking guy and well-put-together lass are from an older idea, which I had to scrap upon the discovery that someone else from SCAD had made pretty much exactly the same film already. Sigh. I liked the characters though.

Dragon Training

Just got back from seeing Dreamworks' latest, and I am very impressed! Nico Marlet is a huge asset to them, as he showed in Kung Fu Panda, but many other talents are also visible in this engaging film. Make sure not to miss this one.

Pretty in Pink

My Valentine's Day card. It's not really as romantic as it could be, I guess.

Tweaked Scarlett

Put this back into Photoshop and worked on the likeness some more. I think it's more characteristic of her now.

Chuck

One of the characters from my senior film. This is his Member of the Month portrait, of which he is so proud, that hangs in the gym.

Mustard Shirt

A sketch of Dad I did while waiting for class to start.

Mom, I'm not showing favoritism!... Dad's just easier to draw.

Still Doing Columnists

Here's the latest I've completed. I still have maybe three more to go before the paper will finally publish all of them.
